4.7, COV 19.1, <15 0.7%, CF 91.1% (2006)
Toby’s first cria, Daireann arrived in the fall of 2006 and what a spunky little female she has turned out to be. Rawny is just a little head turner and just leads the pack of all the young cria on the ranch. Daireann is sired by PPPeruvian Accoyo Tardis (ARI # 139274) and has wonderful fine, bundled fleece and excellent conformation. Rawny is 7/8 Peruvian.
Toby has been bred to multiple Color Champion LKR Magic Man (SA Peruvian Grand Moreno and PPPeruvian Grand Master) for a fall 2007 cria. Toby has very nice fleece and the breeding to Magic Man should make the resulting cria just that much better. We are hoping for a dark rich brown but whatever color we get is sure to be a spectacular cria. We are really looking forward to this one.

a beautiful male cria on 12/28/05 sired by SA Peruvian Grand Moreno

our proven Full Peruvian Half Accoyo herdsire BF Garibaldi.
Cassy continues to throw just wonderful crias and we couldnt
be more pleased with her as one of our production dams. She is
easy going and fun to have in the herd, a wonderful dam and very
attentive to her cria. Cassy is always first to meet me at the
gate when its time to pass out the alpaca chews.

St. Helens is a PPeruvian Victor granddaughter so the genetics are there to produce some spectacular cria. Our decision to breed her to our SRRA P. Glacier will add Peruvian Hemingway and Peruvian Bueno genetics for a very special package of fineness, crimp and overall coverage. Since Glacier has mostly thrown the color of the dam, and with his strong color genetics, we expect a spectacular dark colored cria in the fall. This is a cria that will be well worth waiting for and we fully expect it to be awesome.

Neala has been bred to our award winning herdsire SRRA P. Glacier for a Full Peruvian fall 2007 cria. We expect Glacier to improve upon Neala’s already good density and overall fleece character. Glacier’s first crias have been awesome and we believe that we’ll get nothing less out of Neala. Neala is a big healthy girl who has matured early. He dam, Derwydd Miski is an excellent mom with abundant milk. Neala’s sire is the well respected 5Peruvian Chaccu whose service fee is currently going for $5,000. K’uychi comes with solid genetics and she just keeps getting better. In her final show before starting her breeding career, K’uychi brought home a Reserve Color Championship in a very large and competitive class of Yearling – White – Females. What a way to put a cap on her show career. K’uychi has now moved on to begin her breeding career and has been bred to multiple Color Champion, BF Giacomo for a late fall 2007 cria. We are so excited about this breeding and feel that these two alpacas compliment each other so well that an exceptional cria will be the result. We can’t wait.

DOB:

Dam: BF Dolce ARI# 832691
Fiber:
AFD 16.5, SD 3.5, COV 21.2, <15 29.0%, CF 100% (2006)
Keeleigh has pure white fleece with the character you always hope to achieve with any breeding. She has the crimp, density and coverage that her sire, BF Giacomo is becoming known for. BF Giacomo placed second at the 2005 AOBA halter show so these are the type of genetics that you WANT in your herd. Her dam has solid genetics in her own right with PPeruvian Victor and El Moustachio in her background. As anticipated, Keeleigh did well in the 2006 fall shows bringing home First and Second place ribbons and finishing ahead of several girls sired by some of the best known herdsires on the West Coast. Her placing of second place in a large class at AlpacaMania was particularly exciting for us as the Blue Ribbon in this class went to our Derwydd Pinachi’s K’uychi. We’ll be showing Keeleigh at the Alpaca Western Extravaganza and the California Classic. She will begin her breeding career in late spring of this year.

We may have rung the bell with this little gal. Even at a very early age you could tell that she came with the full package. Crimp, density and coverage. And did I say personality? Wow!! What more can you ask for in your breeding program? She proved herself in just her first two shows bringing home two First Place Ribbons as well as a Reserve Championship for her fleece. WOW!! We couldn’t be more pleased. We plan to show her at AWE and the California Classic in the spring. This little gal should be ready to start her breeding career in the late spring or early fall. BF Garibaldi offers Full Peruvian, Half Accoyo genetics that are passed on by his sire the well-regarded PPPeruvian Accoyo Cahuide. Garibaldi represents to strength and depth of our breeding program and provides our clients with exciting breeding options to use on both paid outside breedings as well as breedback’s included with the purchase of our females.
Garibaldi’s first cria, OVA Peruvian Alanna has proven to be everything thing we had expected. Alanna (see picture, bottom left) seems to possess the best of what both her dam (BF Nicoletta) and Garibaldi have to offer. We knew Alanna was something special, but she has won two blue ribbons and two Reserve Color Championships in her first two shows. Frankly, we are so excited about Alanna that we are planning several more breeding of Garibaldi to our girls. We already have Garibaldi bred to our Derwydd Peruvian Casilla for a March 2007 cria and our BF Dolce for an October 2007 cria. Both cria will be full Peruvian and should be sensational.
